returns &  exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! In general,  personal skin care product sales are considered final and not subject to return. Should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you,  please contact us at customer service or call +61 2 8096 1836 and we will be happy to assist you.

Should your package arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect item,  contact us within 5 days from the date you receive your order for replacement items. We recommend using an insured method of shipment,  Australia Post Express or Registered Post when returning items. Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and the reason for your return.

Sorry,  shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns unless they result from our error.
